Appearance:
Wakashi always has an air of elegance around him. His hair is long but does not go past his shoulders. It has a jagged cut to it in some spots and the bangs hang longer then the hair at his nape. His skin is pale and face has sort of a dreary expression on it. His sharp eyes can give off the false security of drowsiness but can just as easily take on a more serious and cunning edge.

Wakashi is slender with long arms and skinny fingers, he stands on equally long legs giving him a height of 171 cm (5'7"). Wakashi has perfect posture and you will never see him slouching. He has more of a slender build and doesn't have any overly developed muscles. He has no other personal traits like body piercing's but plans to get a tattoo to show his loyalty to the wolf clan, Kai family. Wakashi tends to either dress formal or what seems to be business causal. He dresses to impress and will never be caught in anything less in public.

Personality:
Wakashi is above all a dedicated worker, a trait he picked up from years of practiced servitude. His family has long learned to support the Ichigo's either as bodyguards or just dedicating assistance in any form that is needed. Wakashi devotes himself to any job he is given and is highly skilled in any area. He handles every task to his fullest capacity no matter how impossible it is.

Wakashi overly polite and extremely passive. He tends to get along with everyone that will let him, but he isn't the type to make close relationships. Intelligence is another trait of Wakashi and he usually acts with an alterative motive. He hides his cunning, sly nature and comes off secretive to anyone that manages to come close to him. He is skilled on using others to achieve his own means and even with his polite demeanor he feels no regret over his actions. Wakashi also shows a love for cats adoring them and treating their emotions more real then actual humans.

Fighting Style:
Wakashi usually does not have to fight as their is always someone with him on a job that he can force to do it instead. In school he tends to not fight back, but in reality he can defend himself fairly well. He was trained by the Yakuza to act as a bodyguard for the family head and knows numerous ways to cut down a man.

History:
Wakashi's mother Hiyono fell in love with a Yakuza man, Kyoya Yanagi. He convinced her to run away with him and she consented, Hiyono cut all contact with her family and was soon married to Kyoya. By the time Hiyono is pregnant with Wakashi she has grown to love her new life. She enjoys the money and getting whatever she wanted soon forgetting her family back home. The Yanagi's have always been high up in the Kai family branch, acting as loyal bodyguards to the head. Kyoya was able to spoil his wife because of this.

Hiyono understood the Yanagi history with the Yakuza so she allowed her son to start training once he turned five. Wakashi learned from an early age that he was to play the part of servant and die for the head of the family. That way he would be prepared to take over his fathers position when he was needed. The lifestyle Hiyono had grown accustomed too had consequences just as well. When Wakashi was 7 his heavily pregnant mother was attacked by a fellow Kai member jealous of her husbands position. She survived the attack but had to go into emergency delivery to save the baby.

Wakashi noticed his mother wasn't the same after the attack and when his baby sister Sayoko was later diagnosed with cerebral palsy Hiyono had enough. There was no proof that Sayoko developed it because of the attack but knowing it was a possibility Hiyono decided to leave and go back to her parents in Nara. She takes Sayoko but Wakashi stays by his own will, he felt he had to stay and prepare for his future life in the Yakuza.

Kyoya felt no hard feelings for his departing wife, he loved her and wanted to support her decision. He couldn't leave but she could so he let her and is still financially supporting her. He even visits her and Sayoko much to the dismay of her parents who happily accepted back their daughter and granddaughter.

Wakashi was left alone quite a bit after this when his father was away for business, sometimes months at a time. It didn't stay lonely for long, by the time Wakashi was 10 years old Kyoya was remarrying. One a trip overseas Kyoya met someone, in his 6 month stay he met Elisabeth Middleford. Elisabeth was a model out of work after the birth of her daughter Victoria. She was beautiful and exotic, blonde hair and blue eyes Kyoya managed to convince this new woman to come back with him.

After their arrival back in Japan the two were married within a few months. Wakashi become really close to his step sister Victoria, having missed his sister Sayoko. Elisabeth easily accepted her stepson and treats him like he was her own. Afterwards their wasn't many other ordeals. Wakashi only attended the best of schools and private academys that only the intelligent or kids with high lineage attended. Half way through his 1st year at the top high school in Tokyo Japan did his life take a drastic turn.

Apparently the heir to the Kai branch fell under attack, at the moment they had one of their top street gangs that attended his school keeping an eye on him as well as Kiyokata. It was temporary though as everyone knows street gangs only care for money and could easily turn. Kyoya told the Ichigo's that his son was prepared and training complete. Wakashi only met their son Shuichi once and never really talked to him but he knew he had to respect the boy because one day, like his father did for Shuichi's father, he was to dedicate his life to serving and protecting the boy.

When his father told Wakashi of his new job, he didn't refuse he couldn't. He silently accepted and withdrew from his current prestigious high school and prepared himself for the complete opposite that would face him at Gakuin.

Family Notes:
**Tokyo Residence**
Father - Kyoya Yanagi, an older man that is way up in the Yakuza working specifically with the Kai branch, known as the wolfs. He has played the part of bodyguard to the family boss for years.

Stepmother- Elisabeth Middleford, a French model who Kyoya met overseas. She has a love for cute things and usually dresses up Wakashi and Victoria in clothes that she finds fitting for them. Elisabeth loves material things, and is rather bad with money, she treats Wakashi as her own son.

Stepsister- Victoria Middleford, the 6 year old daughter of Elisabeth. She is treated royally and is often seen wearing frilly dresses resembling that of a doll. She has long blond hair like her mother that curl at the ends.

**Nara Residence**
Mother- Hiyono Fujioka, Wakashi's mother she ran away with Kyoya at a young age and loved him dearly. After Sayoko's complicated birth Hiyono had enough of living in the Yakuza and her husband let her leave. He still cares for her and helps her out financially.

Sister- Sayoko Fujioka, Wakashi's 9 year old sister that lives with his mom. She suffers from cerebral palsy a trait Hiyono blames on being attacked while pregnant. Wakashi writes her lots of letters which she manages to write him back with the help of her grandmother.

Grandparents Fujioka- Hiyono's parents that she moved back in with. They love their daughter dearly and do not blame her for leaving, they are just happy she finally came home.

Neighborhood:
Wakashi lives in a company housing complex that the Ichigo's own, the very one Shuichi lives in. Based on his fathers ranking in the Kai branch they live on one of the upper floors of the complex but in a separate building than Shuichi himself. Elisabeth and Victoria stay in the complex with him but occasionally they stay at the other one closer to Wakashi's old school. The one he lived in before his transfer.

Job:
Wakashi has been asked to protect Shuichi Ichigo cunning_wolf at all costs. He doesn't work any other job getting any money he needs from his father, and the account in Wakashi's name that occasionally replenishes the money in it.

Transportation:
Wakashi usually gets a rid from one of the guys that work for his mother, or he will walk. He also uses the money in his account to get where he needs to go around Tokyo.

Dating Status:
Wakashi has dated a few girls from his other schools including his on and off again girlfriend Rinji. She comes from a very rich family and usually looks for wealthier and younger guys causing lots of strain on their relationship.

Love Life: Has not yet dated anyone from Gakuin.

Social Status:
Being so gentle and kind Wakashi is easy to make friends with. Many girls become infatuated with his demeanor, and guys can't really hate him because he usually gives in to what others want without a complaint or concern of his own personal feelings. He doesn't go out of his way to make friends outside of school though.
